There was never any physical violence from me in the relationship. After January 6, I began receiving death threats from the American left and voluntarily agreed to suspend my right to see my son. The only police report denoting any violence was my ex-wife threatening her older son. In the police report, I am listed as the victim. "He is a criminal.”

I was never a criminal. The Judges and courts in Washington, D.C. are hopelessly biased, and I was denied my Brady rights to view evidence, and equal justice under the law was denied when the judge refused to dismiss the charges due to selective prosecution. We also asked for a change of venue due to the jury pool being heavily democratic and poisoned by the “insurrection” media narrative. Here is the presidential pardon, but because I had won an appeal, all charges were dropped three days later by the same judge who convicted me.
This is the information I can provide. I am working to rebuild my life after being targeted and prosecuted in a process I believe was politically driven. I’m asking for your vote based on what I intend to do for this community, but it’s important you have context beyond the one-sided narrative being pushed.
I served this country for 29 years as an Air Force fighter pilot, flew more than 300 combat missions, and earned decorations for valor. I grew up in the Mid-Cities Young Republicans and have supported the GOP since before I was even old enough to vote.
I know I’m not a typical candidate, but these times demand people who have taken real risks, stood their ground, and understand what it means to fight for something bigger than themselves. That is what I’ve done my entire life.
President Trump has faced personal and legal challenges as well. His companies have struggled, and he has endured politically motivated prosecutions. Yet he continues to lead. I intend to do the same. I understand something my opponent never has: the job of a representative is to serve the people. That’s what I’ve always done, and that’s what I’ll continue to do.

It is the only time I have not voted in the Republican primary, and I have never, ever voted for a Democrat other than this one time.

I went to prison for protesting the theft of the election from President Trump and was put in isolation for 127 days for urging J6 patriots to remain loyal to President Trump. I have the scars to prove that I am MAGA.

Messenger and in person. It concluded with us being thankful King George III didn’t have the FBI or America would still be under British rule. The phrases referencing “don’t kill LEOs unless necessary” and “interrogating via waterboard” were all part of this hypothetical conversation. Subsequently, the FBI presented this conversation as a plan and the DoJ leaked this to the press.

I tried to get the green beret to come on the record to verify this but due to harassment from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and his current job requiring a security clearance, he must remain silent.

On January 6, I went to the Capitol unarmed and alone and obeyed the police at all times. I also protected police on that day. The testimony below is from my trial. Capitol Police Officer Nairobi Timberlake stated that I stopped a man from chasing the officer and protected him.

When I exited the Capitol, I put my arms out and protected the officers from a man that had been confronting them.

Although it appears that I am behind on child support, I am only behind due to house arrest for 7 months and 15 months in prison, a halfway house, or house arrest. My ex-wife filed for child support in arrears while I was in solitary confinement in a Biden prison.

I had my license to fly taken from me and not restored until August of 2025, and my side job as a residential home inspector license was not restored until April 2025. You cannot pay child support when you have no income, which is a direct result of the chaos created on January 6. In July 2025, as soon as the business was back up and running, I filed the paperwork to modify child support and am waiting on action from the Office of the Attorney General.
